Return Policy


At Gemini Collaborative we are committed to your satisfaction. We have made every effort to accurately describe our products. We ask that you carefully read descriptions including scent profiles where applicable to ensure you will be pleased with your purchase. We recognize there may be times you might not be happy with your purchase, so please read the following terms for returns.

 

+ We will accept returns for store credit only. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders. Store credits can be used on any merchandise but cannot be combined with any discount codes.

+ We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving an item to request a return. 

+ All sale items are final and can not be returned.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@geminicollaborative.com. Items sent back without email request will not be accepted.

To be considered for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs. 

If your return is accepted we will send you an email detailing your store credit.

 

Damages

Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at returns@gemincollaborative.com if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right. "Wet spots" on candles in glass containers are not considered damaged or defective. This is a normal occurrence that takes place when a candle is exposed to fluctuations in temperatures, it will not affect the quality of the burn.

 

Lost + Stolen Packages

Gemini Collaborative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any issues please reach out to USPS/UPS directly, using your tracking number to report any issues.

 

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3 - 5 days of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to chosen delivery service/carrier. Any delays, lost or stolen packages will need to be resolved directly with the delivery carrier. We ship via USPS and UPS domestically and internationally. We are not responsible for any additional import duties that may occur for international orders.

Please be sure to check the delivery estimates for chosen delivery service, but keep in mind these are only estimates, inclement weather and holidays can disrupt service and cause delays. We are not responsible for such delays, once an item ships its simply out of our hands. Any issue can be resolved by filling a claim directly width the delivery carrier.

Once an order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. If you do not receive an email first check your spam or junk folder, if the email is not there contact us at support@geminicollaborative.com and a member of our team will reach out to you as soon as they can.
